Onceyou have paid for this service, bring your machine to the selected store Monday – Friday along with your order number. Our store staff will confirm details with you and accept the machine.

Our service department will run the diagnostic & tune up. If we identify any problems or anything that needs repair, we will contact you via phone or email to let you know.

Once your machine diagnostic & tune up is complete, we will contact you to collect your machine.
